Rich, smooth, and beautifully balanced — this is Torrafina’s signature espresso blend crafted for those who love depth without bitterness.

We roast a careful mix of 50% Honduras, 30% Peru, and 20% Ethiopia, all certified organic and sourced from smallholder farms dedicated to sustainable growing practices.


Each origin contributes something essential:


  • Honduras brings a creamy body and notes of milk chocolate and roasted almond,
  • Peru adds a layer of sweet cocoa and caramel smoothness,
  • Ethiopia finishes with a gentle lift of berry sweetness and floral nuance.



Together, they create an espresso that’s comforting and complex — rich on its own, and velvety with milk. Slow-roasted in small batches to highlight every origin’s natural harmony.
